A re-sit is defined as an additional attempt of an assessment without attendance of class again. Do note that you should not have too much similarities of that from your first submitted work, or that will count as self-plagiarism. This carries a grade cap of 50%.
A fee of $500 (exclusive of GST, for Masters) or a fee of $100 (exclusive of GST, for Graduate Diploma) is applicable. Students must pay for the resit before they can proceed with it.
A re-module is defined as a re-study of the module with class attendance, including the completion of all assessments for that module. This carries no grade cap.
The retake mark overrides any previous mark for the same module, no mark or credit may be carried forward from a previous attempt. Students are required to pay a module fee to retake a module. Remodule fees can be viewed from Schedule C of the Student PEI Contract.
