Many students feel that they would like to get started on their reading before the semester begins. The modules in the Psychological Studies program covers a wide range of topic area, the University do not suggest a set text for each module; instead there will be recommended books and journals listed in each module handbook. It is also advised that, you do the following to help prepare for your course:
- Either continue, or get into the habit of, reading a serious newspaper and following news and current affairs programmes on the radio or You will find a number of your subjects easier if your general knowledge is sound.
- Take any opportunity to advance your computer abilities. You will need to be capable of word-processing your work and using spreadsheets.
