When can I receive my certificate?

Certificate will be ready for collection 3 months upon completion of the course. You will receive an email notification from student services once it is ready for collection.

Please collect the certificate in person with your identification card or passport.

If you are unable to collect the certificate personally, you may authorize your family members/friends to collect on your behalf. The authorized person has to bring along the relevant documents as indicated below.

1. Completed authorization form
2. Photocopy of student's identification card or passport
3. Original and photocopy of the authorized person's identification card

You are required to ensure that you have settled all your outstanding payments prior to the collection of the certificate. Otherwise, the requested document will not be issued to you.

You may do a walk-in during office hours for collection of certification.
