When can I submit a payout request

When SkillsFuture Credit (SFC) claims have been approved, Training Providers (TPs) can request for pay-out via Training Partners Gateway (TPGateway) after 20 working days (estimated) from the course start date or approval date, whichever is later. 

Please look out for the SFC claim status to turn to “Ready for Payout Request” before submitting for payout. 

Upon submitting the pay-out request, it may take another 3 working days (estimated) for disbursement.

 

Note: All disbursements made will be via PayNow. TPs are required to update their Corporate PayNow account under “Organisation Profile” tile in TPGateway before they can submit the pay-out request. There is a prompt for TPs to indicate PayNow proxy. If there is no PayNow proxy, please leave it as blank and proceed to submit.
